Macon boy, 13, carrying concealed pistol, and 4 other teens stopped after midnight driving to house party

Going to a party after midnight with a number of teenage pals? That is what a Peachtree City cop was advised after a visitors cease. Thing is, one of many passengers was a 13-year-old from Macon carrying a loaded, concealed handgun.
The police report famous that an officer shortly after midnight on July 24 performed a visitors cease on a car on Robinson Road at (*4*) Run Road, a brief distance from Ga. Highway 54.
Peachtree City Police Department spokesman Chris Hyatt stated there have been 5 youngsters within the car.
Of the 5, two had been cited for infractions. One of these, Jaquavious J. Houston, 17, of Atlanta, was cited for lower than an oz of marijuana, Hyatt stated.
The other, a 13-year-old male from Macon, had a loaded firearm concealed in his waistband, together with a small quantity of marijuana, stated Hyatt.
The group of teens advised officers they had been in Peachtree City as a result of they had been going to a house party, Hyatt stated.
In one other case, an officer on July 24 at 11:05 p.m. discovered an open out of doors shed behind the Curves ladies’s health heart on Hwy. 54.
The proprietor of the enterprise was contacted and later arrived on scene.
Hyatt stated the shed was unlocked, although pry marks had been seen across the door.
The enterprise is figuring out what was lacking from the shed, Hyatt stated.
