Two separate short-term programs for seniors supplied in mid-September

Free grownup fitness lessons on the SASCU Recreation Centre in Salmon Arm are returning this fall.
Starting mid-September, Choose to Move and ActivAge are three-month programs for adults 65+ who wish to be extra lively.
Choose to Move supplies older adults with motivation and help to develop into extra lively.
The program helps contributors combine exercise into their each day routines in a flexible manner, meet new mates and make healthy way of life adjustments.
Participants work with a skilled exercise coach who will develop a customized bodily exercise plan. When issues get difficult, contributors may have help from their coach in addition to a bunch of different seniors who’re additionally selecting to maneuver.
ActivAge is a group-led bodily exercise program for inactive seniors.
